Using Waffle
Waffle is a Windows dictation and text-cleanup app. You are responsible for the text you create, edit, insert, send, or publish with Waffle, including reviewing important content before relying on it.
Free version
The free version lets you try the core workflow and may include daily limits, feature limits, or other trial restrictions. Waffle may change free limits over time as the product evolves.
Local Pro license
Local Pro is intended as a one-time purchase for the local feature set described at the time of purchase. It may include activation, reasonable device limits, license checks, updates, and support needed to keep the product working.
Pro+ subscription
Pro+ is an optional subscription for cloud-powered polish, higher-quality processing, future premium features, or other subscription benefits. Subscription access can end if billing fails, the subscription is cancelled, or the plan is discontinued according to applicable purchase terms.
Optional cloud features
Cloud features may depend on third-party infrastructure, model availability, network access, usage limits, and service performance. Waffle may adjust cloud behavior to maintain reliability, control abuse, or improve quality.
Acceptable use
Do not use Waffle to break the law, violate others' rights, bypass security controls, generate harmful content, overload services, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or share license access beyond your permitted use.
Accuracy and responsibility
Dictation and cleanup can make mistakes. You should review output before sending, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety-critical, or otherwise sensitive decisions.
Changes and availability
Waffle may update features, pricing, limits, supported platforms, and these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
